I truly believe that most officer stress are internal than external. If, so they will eventually suffer burnout. Maybe one of the officers could elaborate or enlighten me on this matter.

#1 yes, on the job for 15 years provides experiences, but the key is s/he qualified for a promotion; Even, if no formal education has been acquired. If someone is applying for the job has obtained higher education, they may lack experiences. Which brings me to my point, a senior management position applicant should have both, and it should be a requirement for the applicants to have obtained both of these very essential requirements.
